Mandatory note as per Karnataka State Law University norms
It is mandatory that every student needs to pass at least one subject/paper in each semester or two papers in that year (1st & 2nd semester) so that he/she can continue 3rd semester failing which the candidate will become ineligible to take admission for 3rd semester and so on.  He / She has to repeat the course along with the junior batch students. (i.e. year back student).
